At Aayanfe Creations, each piece is handmade with care. Because of the unique and custom nature of our Adire fabrics and designs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — except in the cases below.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not accept the package.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email or phone with your order details and photos of the item.
We’ll review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

2. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll notify you once we become aware of it.
We’ll immediately begin tracing it with the courier.
If, after five (5) working days, your parcel still cannot be found, we’ll issue a full refund to your bank account or original payment method.

3. Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been accepted upon delivery
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Custom-made or personalized pieces
