• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to hack, disrupt, or copy content without permission.

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP) depending on your location at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
• By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship locally within Nigeria and internationally to select countries.
• Delivery timelines, methods, and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
• Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the buyer.
• Aayanfe Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
• In cases where a parcel is lost in transit, you will be promptly notified as soon as we become aware of the issue.
• We will take immediate steps to locate or resolve the matter.
• If after five (5) working days from the date of notification the parcel still cannot be found, a refund will be issued to your bank account or original payment method.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of our Products, all sales are generally final.
• We do not offer refunds or accept returns and/or exchanges except for items that are damaged at the point of delivery or for lost parcels.
• We urge you to inspect your package upon delivery to ensure that all items are intact and in good condition.
• In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged:

• Items that are accepted upon delivery will be considered received in good condition and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds for lost parcels (after investigation) will be processed within five (5) working days of confirmation that the parcel cannot be recovered.
